Haha, I get it, the internet is a big place. At heart I am a dad to 3 beautiful girls, who walks the walk. I have a passion to see other parents thrive and teach their family to do the same. I see myself more as an educator, and wholistic health coach, than a fitness trainer. Over the last 18 years in the industry I’ve watched the rise of the “influencer” and pretend experts make big promises with nothing to back them up.

Why did you create this course?

Years ago I was really unhealthy! I lacked hope for the future and didn’t like the way I looked or felt in myself. 

I applied myself to change, and I did..I’m a completely different person than I was 20 years ago. I want to pay this forward and give you this opportunity to possibly change the course of your life too.

Also, we don’t like seeing people not realising their potential because of either:

a) A lack of knowledge. I want to fill in these knowledge gaps for you.
b) They believe things to be true that are quite simply false. We’re drowning in information, and don’t know who we can actually trust anymore. I want to explain the truth about what your health can be like and how it can change your life like it did mine. So let’s go!
